The origin of my career in television production. I had the opportunity to intern with BronxNet TV and was assigned to their Spanish-language public affairs program, Diálogo Abierto. There I monitored current events and developing stories throughout New York, with a particular focus on issues and news affecting the Bronx. Attended meetings, interviews, and community events to gather information and identify potential story and segment ideas. Developed segment concepts and prepared interview questions for guests, while coordinating guest outreach and bookings for the show. Created graphics and slideshows to support on-air segments, edited completed segments, and provided detailed notes and feedback to editors to ensure the final product met editorial and production standards.
