As a Production Coordinator for Expedia Group’s Fall 2026 Product Event, I oversaw day-to-day production logistics, ensuring contractors had seamless access to and from the building while coordinating staff across multiple floors. I managed meal orders and tracked expenses, handled supply runs, and provided hands-on support with the load-in, setup, construction, breakdown, and load-out of photography equipment and props. I worked closely with photography, video, and event production teams to maintain organization, facilitate communication, and ensure daily operations ran smoothly and efficiently.
